Bug#428041: cyrus-sasl2-heimdal: both binary packages depend on wrong version of cyrus-sasl2 packages

Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

I forgot to bump the dependencies on the main cyrus-sasl2 package. This
means that you can't install the current versions together, as is
intended. Apologies. I will fix this in an upcoming upload, probably
with some other things.
