Unfortunately, it is not possible to have both the MIT and the Heimdal
-dev packages installed simultaneously. The choices are to ship them
how they are now (this was done to close a bug where someone requested a
version of cyrus-sasl2 compiled against Heimdal), or ship only one
version (which caused complaints about the lack of a Heimdal version).
