Bug#465569: Feedback from Ubuntu/Postfix

A few of us that have been involved with cyrus-sasl2 in Ubuntu discussed this
and can find no reason not to do it. The main concern is to keep the ability
for packages to have their package specific locations.

I've discussed this with Lamont (Postfix maintainer for Debian/Ubuntu) and he
doesn't envision moving any time soon. Approximately every Postfix HOWTO for
SASL support says that the information goes in /etc/postfix/sasl.
