Bug#485289: README.Debian missing

Hi,

while trying to figure out why libsasl2-2 only Recommends but not
Depends on libsasl2-modules, I noticed that README.Debian is not
installed in the binary packages, while the changelog says there would
be a note about my question.

Looking at the source package, README.Debian doesn't mention it - was
the fix for #302280, #365287 reverted?

 cyrus-sasl-2.1 (2.1.22-0~pre01) experimental; urgency=low
 - Document why libsasl2-modules is recommended (Closes: #302280,
   #365287)
