saslauthd: support several authentication methods

Hi Fabian!

I am not sure, if it exists in the distro, but I saw it is referred from 
some other README file or documentation.

I attach the file I was able to locate in internet. Maybe someone can 
check it and include into the distro.

Opening a bug seems to be a good idea, but I don't feel I can be an 
authoritative person to answer relative questions :)
