Bug#563006: sasl2-bin: should debpend on db4.8-util

Package: sasl2-bin
Version: 2.1.23.dfsg1-4
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

when upgrading from an older version the postinst script tries to upgrade to the new db format.
But the new utils package is not a dependency, so as on my box it is not installed.
=> the upgrade fails

Please change the dependency from db4.7-util to db4.8-util.
After manual install the upgrade worked fine.

Thanks

Achim
