Patches which we have received, but have not yet integrated are always
available at
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?src=cyrus-sasl2&include=tags:patch&exclude=tags:pending&pend-exc=done&repeatmerged=no
for the main package, and at
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?src=cyrus-sasl2-heimdal&include=tags:patch&exclude=tags:pending&pend-exc=done&repeatmerged=no
for the -heimdal package.
Patches that we are currently applying to our packages are always
available at
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-cyrus-sasl2/cyrus-sasl-2.1/trunk/debian/patches/
for the main package, and at
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-cyrus-sasl2/cyrus-sasl-2.1/branches/heimdal/debian/patches/
for the -heimdal package.
From these, you will need to exclude the Debian-specific patches, and
some are there only to compensate for build system issues such the old
autotools used by upstream.
We should get better at forwarding bugs to the upstream BTS and have
corresponding bugs marked as forwarded in our BTS. But there's not that
many patches that are applicable for upstream, anyway.
