Your SASL 2.1.23.dfsg1-1.1 NMU was incomplete

You may not be aware, that sasl (or parts thereof) are built twice, once
for MIT, and once for Heimdal... Or there was a glitch somewhere in
getting the other side built for x86 and amd64.

* libsasl2-modules-gssapi-mit: Candidate: 2.1.23.dfsg1-1.1
* libsasl2-modules-gssapi-heimdal: Candidate: 2.1.23.dfsg1-1

As as result of this, sasl won't upgrade on any box using Heimdal (there
must not be that many of us).

This particular NMU isn't a big deal, except for me finding myself
needing to install libsasl-dev on a fairly new box and finding that
2.1.23 didn't make it to testing prior to the, so I'd have to regress
everything back to 2.1.22 (stable) to be able to install the -dev
package.
