Switching sasl-sample-(client|server) tools

Cyrus SASL sources ship with two client/server samples. I want us to
switch from the currently used ones to the other one.

Why? The first, currently used set come as cut & paste programs where
you need to cut ones output and paste it into the other.

The second, proposed set guides/asks the admin to enter which data to
enter and AFAIK brings far more options to control the test.

A switch should be easy by changing a few options in the Makefile. I run
such a build on a local test machine.

Can we switch?
