The correct solution would be for libsasl2-2 to add:

  Breaks: postfix (<< $VERSION_INTRODUCING_MULTIARCH)

If you want to react ASAP, you can start with 2.8.3-1, the postfix
version in sid and then upgrading it later coordinating with the postfix
maintainers.
