[RFC] Cyrus SASL 2.1.26 experimental->unstable

Roberto,

there was agreement with me and release team to revert the SONAME bump
to match the SONAME in 2.1.25 since we had already dealt with broken
internal ABI breakage.

I just hadn't time to revert the change and upload the 2.1.26 with older
SONAME to unstable yet.
