I am inclined to agree. Based on this, I have replaced the master
branch with the master-experimental branch, and removed lots of old
branches which no longer appear to have any use (probably cruft from
when the old repo was imported to Git). Here is what the branch
structure looks like now:
roberto at miami:~/src/debian-pkg/cyrus-sasl2.git$ git branch -a
* master
remotes/origin/HEAD -> origin/master
remotes/origin/master
remotes/origin/master-wheezy
remotes/origin/pristine-tar
remotes/origin/upstream
One thing to note is that the debian/gbp.conf file in the master-wheezy
branch references upstream-wheezy as its upstream branch. However,
upstream-wheezy doesn't appear to exist in the repository.
Regards,
-Roberto
