Debian patches to forward upstream?

Ha, I missed I'd already filed this as 
<https://github.com/cyrusimap/cyrus-sasl/issues/447> and it was fixed 
differently. ;)

Still, if Debian has any other fixes for upstream, please contribute. :)  I 
have filed an issue to track adding real library symbol versioning for the 
2.2 release series.
