The build of gsettings-qt for sparc64 (admittedly not a release
architecture) failed:

  /<<BUILDDIR>>/gsettings-qt-0.1+16.04.20170729/tests/target_wrapper.sh  ./test  -import "/<<BUILDDIR>>/gsettings-qt-0.1+16.04.20170729/tests/.."
  JIT is disabled for QML. Property bindings and animations will be very slow. Visit https://wiki.qt.io/V4 to learn about possible solutions for your platform.
  Segmentation fault
  Makefile:362: recipe for target 'check' failed
  make[3]: *** [check] Error 139

I don't have further details, but perhaps you can reproduce the
problem on the sparc64 porter box notker.debian.net if and when it
comes back online.
