  This upload will initiate a transition for libdframeworkdbus1 ->
libdframeworkdbus2. All reverse dependencies are inside pkg-deepin
team thus it will be handled inside the team after we get the
permission from Release Team later.

  * New upstream release.
  * Bump SONAME for libdframeworkdbus (1->2) for transition.
  * d/control: Use Salsa platform for Vcs field.
