Though Alioth maillist has a replacement currently (as described in [1]), it's
clear that continuation project is not a permanent solution. The wiki says that
"This is likely to be time limited period of a few years (1-2 release cycles)".

With the expansion of packages in Deepin team and growing users, I do
expect Deepin packages share a notable amount of attention from both
developers and users. A maillist on lists.d.o would be much more beneficial
when compared with solutions like keeping transient Alioth list or utilizing
tracker.d.o facilities (a major shortcoming of which is the lack of
mail archive).
