[Pkg-deepin-devel] Please do not upload packages while on a Qt transition

Hi Yanhao, deeping team! I saw you uploaded dde-qt5integration
and deepin-qt5dxcb-plugin. This packages are currently under the Qt
transition, so it's not wise to upload new versions unless you need to fix
related bugs. This is because it delays the transition furthermore.

Of course now keep the packages as they are, but next time please check
https://tracker.debian.org before uploading.
