   * New upstream release 6.5.51, built against Qt 6.
   * debian/control:
     + Build against Qt 6 and DTK 6: replace the Qt 5, dtk 5, polkit-qt5 and
       libqapt build-dependencies with qt6-base-dev, qt6-5compat-dev,
       qt6-tools-dev, libdtk6{core,gui,widget}-dev, libpolkit-qt6-1-dev and
       libqapt-qt6-dev.
     + Drop unused build-dependencies libgtest-dev and libqt5svg5-dev (the
       tests are only built in Debug mode; SVG icons are handled at runtime
       by the Qt plugins pulled in by libdtk6gui6).
     + Depend on libqapt-qt6-runtime instead of libqapt3-runtime.
     + Bump debhelper compat to 14 and Standards-Version to 4.7.4.
   * debian/patches:
     + Add 0001-Make-the-dde-file-manager-plugin-optional.patch and build
       with -DBUILD_DFM_PLUGIN=OFF, as dfm6-framework is not available in
       Debian.
     + Add 0002-Do-not-discard-CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS.patch so that the hardening
       and reproducibility flags actually reach the compiler.
   * debian/rules: Drop the QT_SELECT export; do not ship the stray .DS_Store
     file from the upstream manual assets.
   * debian/copyright: Update copyright holders; add the Apache-2.0 with
     LLVM exception stanza for the bundled libFuzzer headers; refer to the
     GNU licenses by URL instead of the outdated FSF postal address.
   * debian/lintian-overrides: Override the shared library tags for the
     bundled helper library, as upstream does.
   * debian/watch: Bump to version 5.
