Hi,
I was able to finish the testing of my recent pushes to gerrit.
On x86 now all is complete, autotests, testpmd, l2fwd, ovs-dpdk,
ovs-dpdk+tuning, ovs-dpdk endurance tests, ovs-dpdk add/remove tests.

I have submitted an update to our vhost socket permission workaround to
work with newer Openvswitch versions.

Now I want to test Arm as well before pushing to Debian.
The basics are working (testpmd, l2fwd, and with some assistance on setup
the autotests).
But (unrelated to dpdk, but blocking me) using libvirt/qemu turned out
harder than expected. So this will take a bit.
