[Pkg-dpdk-devel] Upload planning

Hi,
as discussed since I miss tomorrows meeting due to a public holiday more
via mails.

16.11.2 stable was announced for 31st of May now.

@Luca: if you are happy with the code (after my recent fix for vhost
owner/permission) I'd ask you if we could push this to Debian experimental.
We should do so now, to pass the delays of:
- needing Santiago to upload
- and the following new queue processing
done.

Afterwards we can update "alone" to 16.11.2 shortly in ~1-2 weeks.
