[Pkg-dpdk-devel] Problems with fd.io CI test runs on 17.08.x branch

Hello Vanessa,

We've got a problem with the CI runs on the 17.08.x gerrit branch, it
seems to always fail before starting any actual test.

Could you please help us understand what's happening, when you have a
moment?
