[Pkg-dpdk-devel] 17.11 changes

Hi,
I just reviewed and merged the 17.11-rc3 changes that were submitted.
A lot of good work already, thanks!

I've seen a few things and wanted to ask about (might just be still WIP):
- symbols not yet updated, but per [1] I'd expect some changes
- ABI changes are well hidden behind MAJOR_ABI as [1] indicates it
would have been a lot again.
- I see Xen Dom0 support is dropped, when we enabled
LIBRTE_PMD_XENVIRT we had the hope that it becomes better supported,
but it isn't. Given the changes and lack of maintenance I'd vote to
drop the xen-pmd enablement and package as well when we switch to
17.11
- Along that we could also drop Xen deps then I think
- At least the rpm spec did the same

This is mostly a reminder, we can discuss details in the Call today.
