Dear Maintainer(s),

Openvswitch 2.13 was released last week. This release adds
compatibility with DPDK 19.11, the latest LTS version, which we'd like
to upload to sid to start the ABI transition. It is currently in
available in experimental.
Please consider updating the package, when time allows.
