thanks for the report.
I've usually looked for the synced builds to test on the Ubuntu
autopkgtest environment and there it was usually fine [1][2][3]. In
the past we had issues with the more container based environment to
trigger a few more odd tests, but that has gotten much better these
days.

And you are right, those you call out are just flaky (as they
sometimes work) and hit the timeout.
It should be rather save to double (or even more) that and then have a
look again after some time if this improved the situation.

I'll add it to the upcoming 22.11 that we work on.
