Well, if we remove support for dpdk on i386 (which I don't really 
mind...), I think it'd be fine to completely remove 32 bits support on 
OVS also, just like I did on OVN. Especially, I'll be happy when we 
don't need to cover very slow arch like mips...

Your thoughts?
