Dear Maintainer,

after the recent dpdk upgrade i noticed that freertr.org dataplane (or even the
simplest /bin/dpdk-testpmd app from the package) does not start

   * What led up to the situation?
my daily sudo apt-get update ; sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

i simply suggested them do symlink as a workaround;

   * What was the outcome of this action?
it worked again

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

it should try to load .3 instead of .2
