does autobuild network has check possibility (like REVU for Ubuntu) :
   - lintian
   - linda
   - revu-tools
?

and can we have full access on this network or should we build our own
checking server (a custom REVU ) ?

yes dak can use linitian and linda too, but REVU can be integrated as an
upload interface. REVU si Gpl and it has a bzr repo, with few hacks we
can have something really cool. :)
