[Pkg-e-devel] Bug#544158: e17 is uninstallable, FTBFS, need version bump

Currently e17 is uninstallable due tue abi change. A rebuild of e17 does

A bump to recent svn snapshot release helps. I've package it against the
package VCS at [0], [1].
