I thought this check had already been done in the previous upload(s),  
as i'm not the initial sponsor.

Nevertheless, i guess we should check this more frequently than at  
creation time only. I wonder if the ftpmaster team could publish its  
helper scripts somewhere, as it would help a lot our job and yours.
