[Pkg-e-devel] Please binNMU python-efl/experimental on all arches

unfortunately, this did not work correctly: They were tried at the same
time, but some failed, because they would have needed the other updated
package first.

This should work better:

dw python-ecore_0.3.1+svn20090515-1+b1 . ALL . -m 'python-evas (>= python-evas_0.3.1+svn20090515-1+b1)' 
dw python-edje_0.3.1+svn20090515-1+b1 . ALL . -m 'python-evas (>= python-evas_0.3.1+svn20090515-1+b1)'

Albin: The next time, just add these dw-lines to your nmu request and it
will work fine.
