I did clean it up a bit. Structure as follows:

- branch upstream is fead from elementary-svn (containing no changes)
- branch upstream-dist is fead from upstream and contains the autogen-run and 
removal of upstreams debian-dir
-branch master is fead from upstream-dist and contains the packaging work

I tagged the position of Joachim's version accordingly, imported his packaging 
work there and then forwarded to the revision I use.

What's missing are the descriptions for the packages and an opinion about the 
handling of data files. I created a package libelementary-data-0.2.0.0a for it 
but I'm unsure if it's correct.
