What is the relationship between these packages and the one Debian
provides? I mean, will these packages be eventually be uploaded to
Debian as well?

I am maybe a bit too pessimistic, but this will add more variance to
something which is already not so stable, which means that people will
not know which version must be installed, from Debian or from E17. As
an example, as soon as the python-* packages will be available from E17:
suddenly, we will have python-ecore and python-efl-ecore :-(

That being said, I will stop complaining and leave everyone do whatever
she/he wants.

Thx, bye,
Gismo / Luca
