[Pkg-e-devel] Bug#588606: dragging icons on the menu screen launches apps as well as scrolling

In the Illume theme on an OpenMoko FreeRunner with a touchscreen and no
mouse, dragging the menu screen up and down launches the app my finger
was over as well as scrolling up and down. These unnecessary app
launches are a pain since then need to close them before I can get to
the app that I am looking for.
