Yes, they are. Though they don't seem to appear in the listing on
git.debian.org, accessing eg.
anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=pkg-e/libs/edje.git works.

Right, my fault. I often forget to push updated packaging to Git until
someone asks... Sorry :)

I hadn't uploaded it until yesterday, but that's fixed now. You should
be able to access elementary 1.7.7-2 in Git and in the Debian archive.
