[Pkg-e-devel] is there an ETA yet for e18 in sid?

Hi,

There's definitely a plan to get E18 in Sid, but no ETA for the moment.

I'm currently finishing the packaging of EFL 1.8; I intend to upload
the packages to experimental in a few days. As it's a new source
package though, the package will have to go through source NEW so I
don't know when it will actually land in experimental. Once there,
I'll also have to upload the Evas 'generic loaders' to get the SVG
support back so we can effectively use E17 built on top of EFL 1.8.
E18 will go after that, but that's "just" a new upstream version so
that involves relatively little work.

Hopefully that should all be in Sid before end of January, but I can't
promise anything.
