[Pkg-e-devel] Bug#716934: e17: opening of folder with multiple media files hangs the system & secure deletion on multiple large files does not work.

i have the following issues with file manager :

[1] if i open a folder with large number of media files, it loads very slowly.
sometimes it hangs for more than a minute.
[2] i cannot right click a particular file until all the files are loaded.
[3] it takes a very long time to delete multiple files, say more than 4gb.
[4] i cannot minimize or maximize other folders or windows. the whole desktop
freezes until all the files are loaded in the folder.

i have the following issue with secure deletion :
secure deletion does not work on multiple files. it takes forever.
