[Pkg-e-devel] how can i help

Hello e packaging team-

I've been using e17 for a few months now and following its development
online a bit.  I see what there are quite a few projects on phab that
aren't available in debian.  While "the e way" seems to be to download
and compile locally, this clashes with "the debian way" of packaging
everything and making it available in the repos.  I want to help with
the packaging and with improving the availability of e17 packages in
debian.
