[Pkg-e-devel] More updates

I've just pushed some updates to my github repos - this brings EFL
1.16.1 and E 0.20.6.  With help from debian-mentors, these are now
prepared with git-buildpackage.  Everything is on debian/sid, and
releases are tagged.

I never heard from Albin regarding next steps - I don't know what
remains to be done for these to go into experimental.  Suggestions?
