[Pkg-e-devel] Wayland build

Hello,

I followed the instructions for Wayland support, and updated the
packaging.  The result won't start a Wayland session.  Probably missed
something, I'm new to Wayland.  

I'm not likely to spend too much time debugging it now.  If anyone is
bored, here's the changes to build & distribute the new requirements:
