[Pkg-e-devel] e16 package in debian

Hi there,

long time ago e16 was dropped from debian, mainly for two reasons - 
no active maintainer and e17 being available.

Anyhow, e16 is still independently developed and have its 
own userbase which is not going to switch to e17.

In the last devel debate I found in archives is was stated that
e16 could be introduced back, but active maintainer needs to be
found.

I'm sort of tired to compile e16 for each debian machine I work
on and hereby volunteer to bring e16 back and keep it in usable form.

However I need some sponsorship, which is why I contact you.
Is there any chance/interest on your side to help me with it?
