Uploading terminology 1.1.1 to unstable

Hello Ross,

I have prepared a quick (minimal changes) upload of terminology 1.1.1 to
unstable. Given that I am not yet in Uploaders I have not uploaded.
However the changes to GIT head are tiny:

Please tell me if it is alright to upload, then I could a) upload and b)
push the already staged changes to GIT/salsa.
