Something like this would probably work.  I tried Build-Conflicts though
your solution is simpler.  But I ran into #965033 and decided to wait.
That's just fixed, so yay!  I should have time to test & upload in the
next few days.

@Paul - sorry for the slow update.  This one is a little fragile: E 0.24
requires EFL 1.24, which breaks E <0.24.  If you try to build the source
packages, you will need to build & upgrade both.
