Does terminology fail?  Many EFL apps frequently print backtraces.

If you capture the backtrace, it could be reported upstream.  Follow the
instructions for installing debug symbols at:
https://wiki.debian.org/HowToGetABacktrace#Installing_the_debugging_symbols
You'll also need to install libeina-bin.

The backtrace output will include instructions on decoding it with
eina_btlog.

I wouldn't expect rebuilds to make a difference.
