Closing stale bug report

(doing a bit of triage before reporting my bug)

The bug report #818928:

* concerns a version of terminology (0.7.0-1) prior to the one in current
   Debian stable (bullseye) (1.9.0-2)
* the last post from 2018 in that bugreport marked as "moreinfo" asks the
   submitter a question that the latter never answered

Given these I think that bug won't ever be fixed?

Therefore I am closing it. I hope that's OK for all parties involved.

Please reopen or tell me if that's not OK.
