Is ttf-bitstream-vera going away?  If so, I'll just go back to distributing the
copy from upstream.  Otherwise, I'd prefer to stick with upstream's choice.

EFL embeds font files in some of it's data structures.  Bitstream Vera is used
in one of the examples.  So it isn't displayed anywhere.
