Thank you for being a member of Expedia Rewards. Next month, we will be
launching One Key™, our enhanced rewards programme. You will automatically
be transitioned to One Key between 26 August and 23 September 2025. Your
existing Expedia Rewards points1 will be converted to OneKeyCash™2, our new
rewards currency, at their full value.

You will earn rewards at the new One Key rate on eligible bookings made
after you’ve transitioned to One Key, and you’ll unlock a faster path to
higher tiers.

With One Key, you can earn and use rewards across all types of eligible
travel — flights, hotels, cars and activities.

More of what's changing

   - With One Key, you can progress faster through the tiers, and the
   higher the tier, the more travel perks you unlock.
   - Instead of earning points, you will earn OneKeyCash — a simpler and
   more transparent rewards currency that unlocks your travel. Calculating
   what your points are worth will be easier — NZ$1 in OneKeyCash = NZ$1
   discount off your eligible booking. Plus you'll continue to earn on
   eligible hotels, hire cars and flights3 .
   - Members will continue to enjoy exceptional experiences at VIP Access
   properties4. With One Key, Silver members earn 3%, Gold members earn 5%
   as they did in Expedia Rewards and Platinum members, which is our new
   highest tier, will earn 6% in OneKeyCash at VIP Access properties. This
   replaces the triple bonus points offer available on VIP Access properties
   on Expedia Rewards, which will end for all new bookings.


   - You'll continue to earn Expedia Rewards points (including taxes and
   fees) for any eligible trips you complete before becoming a One Key member.
   For eligible travel booked before becoming a One Key member, but completed
   after transitioning to One Key, you'll earn OneKeyCash at the same rate as
   Expedia Rewards points (including taxes and fees). For any eligible
   bookings you make after joining One Key, you'll earn OneKeyCash at the new
   One Key rate (excluding taxes and fees).
   - Bonus point offers for booking in the app and Hotel Price Guarantee
   will no longer apply once One Key has launched, and the redemption of
   rewards for Expedia package discount coupons will also be discontinued.
