Hi,

Please drop connman-dev from Build-Depends, it's not required for 
building the connman module.

Headers installed by connman-dev weren't meant to be public headers. 
Thus, they are no longer installed by the upstream build system since 
connman 2.0. Therefore, the package connman-dev is no longer built since 
connman 2.0-1 (currently in experimental).
