Looks reasonable. We can probably make a similar page for electronics once 
we have something to say. Perhaps listing some related orphaned or 
prospective packages at least.

I don't think it hurts either way--add everyone all at once, or just add 
themselves when there is an upload. I think it might be better just have 
people add themselves when they make an upload, just to avoid unneeded 
churn, and to avoid e.g. having my name in the uploaders field on a package 
I might not even know anything about. ;)

Sounds good. I would like to see about resurrecting a few packages like 
electric and ivi, which are both Java-based now, but I have not had the 
time or energy to tackle them by myself. For some of these, they'd be 
in-work a lot, so I'd like first like to get Subversion going on Alioth... 
I notice by default we have CVS but no SVN. (I'm not sure how to change 
that or if the alioth admins have to do it.)
