[Pkg-electronics-devel] simulavr package

Hi,

I'm no longer using simulavr myself and I would be glad if it could be adopted
by the Debian Electronics Team. I still can handle basic packaging (new
upstream version will be uploaded soon), but any help would be welcomed.
