[Pkg-electronics-devel] verilog packaging copyright

Hello,

  I am almost done with packaging verilog 0.9.1. I noticed that in 
  debian/copyright, there is no mention of the license of the Debian 
  packaging, can I assume it to be of the same license of upstream 
  (GPL-2+) ? Also none of those who previously worked on the package 
  claimed copyright in debian/copyright, is there anyone who wants to 
  add his copyright years in debian/copyright before releasing ? You can
